Scallop (or Anything Else) Kabobs

Recipe by Margy Levine Young and Jordan M. Young II.

Put all the solid ingredients on kabobs, arranging tastefully.

Mix the barbecue sauce and Italian dressing more or less fifty-fifty and spread all over the kabobs. Grill about 10 minutes, until everything is done. Serve with rice.
